How do I deter or get rid of starlings? They're ruining our home!?

They have pecked holes in our pole barn and house fascia and have built nests there and in the vent of our bathroom. They've destroyed the vent tubing in the bathroom. We closed up the holes and they are making new ones to get back in. We don't want to harm other birds, but we want the starlings gone no matter what.
