Where can I buy bonded fleece fabric?

Im working on a project that calls for bonded fleece. Its like a non slip fabric on one side and then fleece on the other. The non slip side has little white circles/. lol i hope i make sense. I have been looking everywhere but cant seem to find it. Anyone know where i can buy this online or in store? Thanks
