Anyone know where i can find these?

I am looking for some personalized stickers to go on the bottom of hershey's kisses. Does anyone know where I can buy just the personalized stickers and put them on the bottoms of the kisses myself? I don't want to pay an extra fee to have someone emble them when I can do it myself. If you don't know where I can buy these already personalized, anyone have any ideas on how to make them or any templates I can use?
