I am not aware of rising testosterone levels after menopause. But to answer your other question...about stretching from child birth...some do and some don't. So it's Russian roulette. Maybe your wife will stay stretched out somewhat...maybe she won't. Women supposedly reach their peak around 35. Don't think it has anything to do w/rising testosterone, since menopause comes on around 50. I have been w/a man w/a HUGE , but he did not know about or what to do w/his huge member...so I found greater satisfaction w/a man w/a normal size 6" who knew what he was doing. Much better. I could not get my hand around the HUGE one. But it was not good. Hope this helps.
