Is it fine if a Christian listens to metal?

people can listen to whatever they want, no religion or anybody can tell you what to listen to. Cannibal corpse, meshuggah are great bands. its all personal preference for everyone what they like and want to listen to. im pretty sure christianity gives the people the will to do and listen to as they see fit, all that stuff you mightve heard like metal is bad etc it isnt, its just a extreme aggresive genre side of music and everyone has that feeling time to time so theres nothing wrong with the music.
