Fast sinus pressure cures? please help!?

I have had bad sinus pressure for the last 6 days. The upper right side of my jaw hurts, i am really congested, i can barely hear out out of my right ear and I can't stop coughing. I have a big performance in two days, is there any fast cures that I could try? I tried some allergy medicines but none of them have helped. Any help if really appreciated!
