The XM/Sirius Iphone application ?

From what I read on cnet reviews concerning the XM/Sirius software, all you get are music, news channels. Apparently you will not be able to tune to any talk show host like Howard Stern, Dr. Laura, due to licensing restriction. It is weird but you would think it should be allowed on the ipod/iphone device if you are already paying for the satellite service.
