Why do MOST black men wear earrings, long hair, braids, saggy pants?

Are MOST black men on the downlow? I know men from other races do that but not as much as black men. Studies show that most men who go against the traditional "masculine gentlemen" look are gay, so don't tell me this got nothing to do with uality. Ofcourse there are cases where there are some men who do this only for "style" or "fashion", but in most cases men who do are gay. It is true to say that some men who wear this type of attire are repressed s who are too afraid to confront their peers with the fact that they are uals. Some of these men who do this might be clueless and might have not had any father figures in their lives, so they follow the trends of these s. Why won't black people wake up before it's too late? I mean, they introduce gang-violence into hip hop so blacks can wipe each other out, they put Family Planning clinics in black neighborhoods so blacks don't reproduce, they make it "cool" to black teens the idea of being promiscuous, now they are trying to introduce gays into hip hop(just look at the Sydney Starr , RazB talking about taking it up the you-know-what, skinny jeans movement, which all happened all at once. Skinny Jeans Movement happened in 2009 and all this gay ish happened 2010) Why won't black people wake up to what's happening to them? If you don't believe me please explain to me why, because just telling me "You're dumb stop bullshyttin'" won't make me change my mind. So am I right about the conspiracy, because every theory is true until it is proven wrong. If you think I'm wrong please tell me why you think so, because this is how I truly feel about how the goverments agenda. This is all what I made up from my own logic.
