Shy & Conervative vs .Skanky & Preppy?

Do guys like shy and conservative sweet girls better? Or do they like skanky, preppy b*tches better? Im talking about completely equal hot looks here. Because I know Im hot so thats not the problem, Im a 16 year old girl and I get compliments all the time on my looks, personality, etc. But Im very shy and conservative, I dress very formal and appropriate like Hilary Duff and Miley Cyrus I look up to. The thing is Ive never even had a boyfriend before. However, all the rude, ANNOYING, preppy, skanky-dressed girls who gossip about other girls and think theyre better than everyone else all have boyfriends. Do all guys prefer the girl with a low cut shirt, jeans way to tight, visible thongs and 25lbs of make up over the shy, conservative but fashionable nice girl even if she is as pretty?
