In Lady Macbeth's "Un Me" Speech how is she saying it? Is she happy or mad?

She is saying un me to forget she is a woman so that she can put away all gentle female things and commit murder.( At the time of the play men were the warriors and women the procreators) Lady M is very ambitious and more unscrupulous than her husband. In a later scene he says 'let you only breed male children' He is quite shocked by her.As to whether she is mad well not quite yet! That comes later when she cant live with the guilt.
