Help!! Can't stop shocking people with static electricity!!?

Ok, so I have this fleece that I like to wear. However, whenever I wear it, it builds a ridiculous amount of static charge. So whenever I touch someone, I shock them. While it is pretty cool to have the power of lighting in my hands, I also receive quite the jolt when I touch electrical devices, like my computer speakers. What do I do? Please avoid the obvious stop wearing the fleece.
