Can you help me. How do you tell someone you don't trust them?
Well, think of it this way. If YOU were the one who had been nominated to collect the money and buy the tickets, wouldn't you feel it to be your duty to show copies every single time you bought the tickets? It's part of her job. She should realize that everyone has trust in her, and that out of respect for everyone involved she should be doing exactly what you guys asked her to. Don't feel bad, I'm not even part of your situation and I'm feeling nervous for you. I think SOMEONE needs to approach her now! Why don't you guys just sit down and do this as a group? That way she can see how upset everyone is over this. Explain that she's made up too many excuses over not providing copies of the tickets. Explain that if she doesn't start providing copies, then someone else will be in charge of collecting the money. Don't be worried about hurting her feelings, she's not showing you guys the respect you deserve. It's your money, and those are your tickets. Like you said, if there is a winning, she has to be able to prove which ticket won... hers alone or the entire group's. Good luck!
