Hi I am 23 and weight 70 kgs. I wanna loose 10kgs, please suggest some exercise & diet chart for the same. I am working & don't have to go gym. If anyone can provide me diet chart & some exercise that I can do at my home, I'll be very thankful.

How do I get rid of Mirar off my computer?

Can someone tell me how to get this off my computer? I am getting spammed with popups and my computer is really slow. I can't even open IE without being hoarded with popups. I have spyware terminator and have ran it serveral times, but Mirar is still there. I've tried the add/remove, but it won't let me delete it. I've tried system restore, but it only lets me restore back one day so that doesn't help much. I am getting irritated so please help.

Why do American people Hate Iraqis?

I am 20 yo Iraqi male I ve been in America for 4 weeks when I talk to someone they do just well and speak to me nicely till they know I am Iraqi so they start saying bad things and just avoid me and never approach me again also in the last few years I managed to have American soldiers in Iraq as friends after lots of pain in the *** I mean when I try to talk to them they just make fun of me as Iraqi till they know me personally and only then they accept me as a friend I mean you couldn't judge people by their nationality or religion...could you? I mean is it skin or race issue but I have blue eyes and speak english the american accent

Electrical wiring, an outlet with a tester saying the hot and neutral aree wired backwards?

I have had a recent home inspection and according to the inspector I have an outlet with the hot and neutral reversed, i removed the outlet and it is properly wired however my tester said the same thing. I removed the wires and purposely wired it backwards (white to gold and black to silver. The result was the same according to the tester. Any ideas?

If you buy a great computer that is different from their requirements, you risk hurting your education. You can surf on a mac. If you do not know how to design and maintain an e commerce site, then you might have to pay someone to design your site anyway - the PC is probably better for maintaining the store, but if money doesn't factor into the equation, then buy both :)

I have a wart on my foot that WONT GO AWAY!?

So I've had this planters wart for as long as I can remember. I'm 15 now and I probably had it since I was 11. And before that I had a different wart. So anyways, when I first got this wart I used a whole bunch of over the counter stuff. I used acid, freezing, a combination, pummus stones, and bandaid things. Then I went to my doctor who burned it. She said it was gone but when my foo healed it was still there. I came back and she said it was almost there and to use over the counter stuff. So I used it (religiously) for months. I came back with another smaller wart. She said shed burn it off again. Instead I went to a podiatrist. By that time I got a third wart. He said it was because of my sweaty feet. Well anyways, he used acid treatments, a combination of solid and liquid acid. I would come every week, he would sc it off and put more acid. It seemed to be working great, he said I'd be done in 4 weeks. So finally he said he saw no more wart, but would put on more acid just in case. But that it would flake off eventually an I didn't need to come back. Well it flaked off (kinda) but the wart was still there. (by the way, I first came to him right before summer started) so I came back and he switched to a prescription foot deodorant thing (formalaz) that was supposed to dry out and kill my wart. He would then sc it off after two weeks and repeat. (I used the formalaz twice a day) it seemed to be working because my wart would come to a huge head (it was painful to walk). But it still didn't go away. So he finally said he thought it was all gone and that I didn't have to come back. Well it's still not gone and I plan to go to a ifferent podiatrist. What should I ask to be done? (since burning and acid didn't work for me)
